At Vashudha Refrigerations, we ensure that your orders are packed and shipped with the utmost care and delivered to you within the committed time frame.

1. Shipping Method

• All orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.

• Delivery timelines are subject to courier company / postal authority norms and may vary depending on the destination.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are shipped within 7 days from the date of order and/or payment.

• Orders will be deliverd within 5-7 Days.

• In case a specific delivery date is agreed at the time of order confirmation, the order will be shipped accordingly.

• The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay caused by the courier company or postal authority.

3. Delivery Address

• All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

• Delivery of our services will be confirmed via the email ID provided during registration.

4. Shipping Charges

• Any shipping charges levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as applicable) will be communicated at the time of checkout.

• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
